This Ideal ICOS Flame Detection Electrode senses the flame to maintain optimal combustion within your Ideal boiler. We recommend consulting a Gas Safe engineer to install or inspect this component for safe and proper usage.

Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. EST (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day, with next-day delivery options available, excluding weekends. Orders on Fridays are delivered Monday unless you choose Saturday delivery. At Aspire Heating, we prioritise customer satisfaction, offering a 30-day return policy for all purchases.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Any damage caused to the manufacturer’s packaging will result in the rejection of the return; this includes the manufacturer’s seal is broken. Note: When you return faulty parts customer pays return postage. Please ensure whilst buying, that the part you are buying is the correct one required, as we charge a 20% restocking fee.

Items that are not required or wrongly purchased must be returned in their original packaging and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
