Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. EST (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day. Next-day delivery is available, excluding weekends. Friday orders will arrive on Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected.

At Aspire Heating, we prioritize your satisfaction. If your Potterton Promax pump doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days. Please see our Return Policy for details.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Any damage caused to the manufacturer’s packaging will result in the rejection of the return; this includes the manufacturer’s seal is broken. Note: When you return faulty parts customer pays return postage. Please ensure whilst buying, that the part you are buying is the correct one required, as we charge a 20% restocking fee.

Items that are not required or wrongly purchased must be returned in their original packaging and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
